Meet Coach Regina...

"THE PUROSE OF MY LIFE IS TO BRING HONOR TO GOD, THROUGH JOY, LOVE AND LAUGHTER AND TO TOUCH LIVES FOR JESUS!"

Ever since I was a teenager my friends called me “COACH”. I see myself as an encourager. I love people and I love helping them reach their God-given potential. I believe God has a purpose for each of our lives. According to 1 Corinthians 14:1 (NLT) “we are to make love our highest goal, but also desire the special abilities the Spirit gives.” When we don’t use these gifts there is a yearning. I have always felt moved to help people; physically, through health and fitness; emotionally through counseling; and spiritually through prayer and sharing God’s Word.

I received a Master’s of Art with an emphasis in Behavioral Science in 1984. I put this degree to work helping people take care of their bodies and in doing so they took care of their emotional health. I didn't know a whole lot about spiritual health until I rededicated my life to Christ in 1997. Now I know that God is in control of it all and with Him all things are possible (Mark 9:23 NLT) I am a product of this truth. I am currently working on another Master’s…this one is in Biblical Counseling. I have my eyes and heart on a PhD! Maybe then my e-mail will be “Call Dr. Coach Regina”!

I am a CTA Certified Life Coach and the sole owner of Chrysalis Coaching. “Chrysalis” is the stage just before a butterfly “breaks free and takes flight”! What a beautiful metaphor for what happens in coaching. As the client and the coach come together the client begins to break free from the constraints of his thoughts and beliefs and begins to spread his wings. The next thing you know they are “flying” forward.

Coaching is a wonderful experience; I feel honored and blessed to be able to do what I do. I love watching my clients achieve their

God-given potential. I have always been a coach and now I get to do it for a living. I hope you will join me soon.
